COLLOIDS

This initiative is associated with two Thematic projects funded by FAPESP (2017-2027) on Colloid Science.

Association is a key aspect in colloidal science and technology as a way to control, improve, and tailor properties such as the responsive behavior, availability, and fate in biological media, or as a route towards more complex objects with tunable morphologies and properties. We focus on understanding and controlling association of different colloids produced from polymers, surfactants, and inorganic materials targeting achieving new properties and functionalities.
